This concept project represents one of the most common types of learning projects I've developed across multiple organizations, particularly in industries with frequent software update and process rollouts.

Problem
Frequent software rollouts in dynamic industries can create challenges for employees, including disruptions to workflow, difficulties in learning new tools, and potential decreases in morale.
Traditional training methods may not effectively prepare employees for these changes, leading to a rough transition.
Solution
This ClickUp Essentials project provides a self-paced, risk-free learning environment where employees can learn by doing. The simulation prepares employees ahead of new software rollouts, ensuring a smooth transition without affecting workflow or morale.
The SCORM-enabled design allows for ongoing improvements based on learner data, making the learning module adaptable to future needs.
My Process
I begin by holding detailed discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify the core features of the new app.
After thorough analysis with department heads on the current software and its key uses, I determine the top features that are essential for employees. This information helps me structure the course into "must know" and "good to know" modules.

Guided Scaffolding: The course provides step-by-step guidance, offering hints when learners are on the right path and displaying a red box with a corrective message for incorrect actions.

Self-Paced Learning: Unlimited attempts are enabled, allowing learners to practice and master the content at their own pace without pressure. The learner interactions will be collected for analysis via the company's LMS.

Customizable Audio Options: Background audio instructions are included, with the option to turn off the audio based on the learner's environment. On-screen guidance and captions are also available for those who prefer a quieter learning experience.
